I was trained in Mechatronics Engineering, where physical constraints, control loops, and hardware taught me that if foundational logic is weak, the entire machine fails. That engineering discipline defines how I architect software and AI systems today.

I approach every challenge with a problem-first mindset: understanding the real context, defining clear outcomes, researching the domain, and designing robust software pipelines that integrate AI models, APIs, and databases seamlessly.

Instead of viewing AI as isolated demos or technology keyword walls, I treat intelligence as a core capability within complete products. I work across the full lifecycle — from problem discovery and solution architecture to backend development, AI workflows, and production deployment.

بدأت رحلتي من هندسة الميكاترونكس؛ حيث القيود الفيزيائية، وحلقات التحكم، والأنظمة المتكاملة علمتني أن أي خلل في المنطق الأساسي يؤدي لانهيار النظام بالكامل. هذا الانضباط الهندسي هو الركيزة الأساسية لطريقة بنائي للبرمجيات وأنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي اليوم.

أنطلق دائماً من المشكلة أولاً (Problem-First): أفهم السياق الحقيقي، وأحدد المخرجات المطلوبة بدقة، ثم أصمم البنية البرمجية والحل التقني المناسب وأربط النماذج وقواعد البيانات والـ APIs في نظام متماسك وعملي.

لا أنظر للذكاء الاصطناعي كـ "تجارب شكلية"، بل كطبقة ذكاء وظيفية لحل مشكلات حقيقية داخل منتج متكامل. أعمل عبر دورة التطوير الكاملة — من استكشاف المشكلة وهندسة المعمارية إلى برمجة الـ Backend ومسارات الـ AI والنشر في بيئة الإنتاج.

تناولت الورشة التطبيق العملي لتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي و"هندسة الأوامر" لدعم جهود التحول الرقمي ورؤية مصر 2030.

في إطار تعزيز جهود الدولة لنقل وتوطين التكنولوجيا الحديثة داخل البنية التحتية للمؤسسات الحكومية، قدم المهندس/محمد شعبان العتماني ورشة عمل مكثفة بعنوان:

AI in Business & Finance 101: Zero to Hero

وذلك بمقر مركز تدريب مصلحة الضرائب المصرية التابع لوزارة المالية.

من النظرية إلى الممارسة: قفزة عملية في قطاع المال والأعمال

لم تقتصر الورشة على تقديم الطرح النظري، بل ركزت على إحداث قفزة نوعية وعملية في كيفية توظيف أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي وتقنيات هندسة الأوامر (Prompt Engineering)؛ باعتبارها الركيزة الأساسية للتحول الرقمي الشامل الذي تسعى الدولة لتحقيقه لبناء "السيادة المالية" في الجمهورية الجديدة.

وشهدت الورشة تفاعلاً واسعاً من المشاركين والكوادر الوطنية، الذين أبدوا وعياً كبيراً ورؤية متطورة تؤكد أن:

  • التكنولوجيا هي الشريك الأساسي لموظف المستقبل، وليست بديلاً عنه.
  • تمكين الكوادر البشرية بأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي يضاعف من كفاءة الأداء المؤسسي.

تكامل الجهود وإشادة بالكوادر الشابة
